Has accompanied rehabilitation projects for significant historical monuments in Western Romania and a complex programme for the financing of the Municipality of Timişoara by the German Government.
Assists numerous companies in the renewable energy sector during the project purchase or sale of wind farms, solar or hydro power plants, as well as companies activating in connex fields such as construction and assembly thereof.
Offers assistance and representation for companies in the construction sector during contract negotiations, public procurement procedures, as well as in complex litigations and arbitration procedures.
